Tunisia: UAE Vaccine Donation Yet to Be Used – Defence Minister

Tunis/Tunisia — Minister of National Defence Brahim Bartagi said the batch of vaccines received by the Presidency of the Republic as a donation from the United Arab Emirates has not yet been used.

This batch of Chinese vaccine “Sinovac” has not been authorised for marketing by the national health authorities and the specialised structures of the Health Ministry.

It was handed over to the military health services and is currently being stored in accordance with international standards.
