Tunisia: Covid-19 – Eleven More Fatalities in Médenine, 140 New Infections

Tunis/Tunisia — Eleven people aged 68 to 91 died of the coronavirus over the last 48 hours in Medenine. This takes fatality numbers in the region to 525, said Local Deputy Director of Environmental Health Moncef Bouguerba.

The region also logged 140 new infections with the following geographical distribution: Zarzis (45 cases), Houmet Souk (35), Midoun (13) , Ben Guerdane (12), Northern Médenine (8), Ajim (8), Southern Médenine (7), Sidi Makhlouf (7) and Beni Khedache (5).
